Certifications and Testing

The Brondell Pro Sanitizing Air Purifier with AG+ Technology has undergone extensive third-party testing by several world-class virology laboratories, including US based MRIGlobal and Swiss based SGS.

MRIGlobal, the Kansas City-based, independent, not-for-profit contract research organization, known for customized solutions in national security, global health and security, has deep expertise in biosafety and biorisk management. Using its specialized and certified laboratories, MRIGlobal conducted independent lab tests using live aerosolized SARS-CoV-2 virus which is the virus that causes COVID-19. Testing concluded the Brondell Pro with AG+ Technology effectively eliminates ≥99.9% SARS CoV-2 virus within 15 minutes.

This highly-accredited lab has managed testing for a broad range of American and International clients, including the DOD, CDC, NIH, USDA, DHHS, DEA, FDA, and EPA.

SGS is a Swiss multinational company headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland which provides inspection, verification, testing and certification services. SGS conducted an Air Virus Elimination Effect test on the Brondell Pro machine which showed ≥99.99% elimination of H1N1 influenza and H3N2 Influenza virus within an hour.
