Brondell Customer Returns Policy and Information
1) Damaged and Defective - RA number required.
Customers should contact Brondell Customer Support directly with damaged or defective warranty or service issues. Call tags (pre-paid shipping) will only be issued by Brondell when product is damaged or defective at time of delivery.

Advanced Toilet Seats & Bidet Products:
Due to governmental regulations and the hygienic nature of our products, Brondell can only accept customer returns on Swash, LumaWarm, & Breeza seats and bidet products that are unopened, unused, and re-sellable. Customer returns to Brondell will incur a 10% restocking and handling fee to offset our shipping, handling, and re-boxing costs. Products that are not in new and re-sellable condition are subject to additional fees and/or non-credit for returned merchandise. Any returns must be initiated by customer within 30 days of purchase date.
Brondell will not accept for credit any customer returns on Swash, LumaWarm, & Breeza seats or bidet products that have been installed and/or used in any manner. For Warranty service, customers should contact Brondell directly for repair and/or replacement of any defective merchandise.
All other non-hygienic products:
Customer returns to Brondell will incur a 10% restocking and handling fee. Products that are not in new and re-sellable condition are subject to additional fees and/or non-credit for returned merchandise. Any returns must be initiated by customer within 30 days of purchase date.
